The guys from “Republic “Pilgrim” earnestly got into the story of pastor Gennadiy about his trip to Kenya. At the setting of the government of republic in agenda there was a question: how can former street kids of Ukraine help their Kenyan brothers?
Day 8
Sunrise at slum and pancakes at zero latitude. Blood from vein instead of Coke and our rally in Masai Mara. Flies eating the eyes and arrival in Paradise!
Day 9 and 10
An angel that took a nap and animals run away from the Ark. A wild lion at a 3Ft distance and Massai military dancing at midnight. Happy birthday and "I'll follow you".

Thoughts by the Gate No10
The rehab monastery “ Way to God” in the village Novoromanovka, Krasnodarsky Krai, Russia turned eight years old. It was the first branch opened by the Charity Fund “Pilgrim” in Russia. The management of the monastery is planning only one thing – to plant more and more centers and churches.
In the evening Jan 14th the center of children’s rehabilitation “Republic “Pilgrim” was exposed to the intrusion of armed men. They threatened to the director of the center; they used obscene language and acted defiantly. As it turned out they were the policemen from Krivoi Rig. The reason of their coming was two minors. In such an original way the law-enforcement bodies tried to take the kids who had run away from the orphanage in Krivoi Rig couple weeks ago and found a shelter in “Republic “Pilgrim”. Seeing that it is hard to find consensus with the Principle and workers of the center the policemen from Krivoi Rog called a support – special troops.
A 6-year-old Sasha was staying at tubercular sanatorium for 48 months while other kids were spending there only one month. Her mother was a prostitute, she died and left her daughter with a horrible diagnosis – HIV of the 4th level and tuberculosis of bones. The doctors said directly that the girl has 2-3 years. Nevertheless the girl got a family for her 10th birthday. Now the parents have the task to make her life happy even if it is short…
In the center of children’s rehabilitation the Knight tournament was held where every young knight, - former street kid, - learned a reverent and a subtle attitude to their beautiful lady.
Young pilgrims participated in the holidays of boldness. It was a peculiar experience of unequal struggle where High School students from “Republic “Pilgrim” could compete in their strengths with High School Students from public school No 18 in the contest “Common, boys”.
Day 6
Traffic police salutes and music masterpieces in the barn. Dancing of ushers and the percentage of “bikes” among children. The fight for cookies and a guard with a whip.
Day 7
The night in hell and “Recipe of happiness” in practice. The bike in Oasis and homeless international. To build a house and lies of a pastor-“aborigine”.

Day No2
Almost like our dogs and melancholy about icy water. First Moses and pale faced pastor - Muzungu! Greetings to our traffic police and spiritual – military bases!
Day No 3
The corpses on the runway and get ready for the regular guard. Omnipresent Saddleback and beggars – micro terrorists. Dump of million people and extreme on my way towards Uganda.
12 hours in train, 32 hours in air… 7 airports – 5 states and hundreds of miles on Highways – it was my way from Ukraine to Kenya. Having spent 9 days in the USA, having taken part in the services of 10 Slavic churches of California and being a speaker on the conference of the church “House of bread” in Sacrament, I started to my old dream – missionary trip to Africa.
In the Church of Good Changes the night of fellowship and joy was held which was dedicated to the St. Valentine’s Day. The initiative creative group of leaders of the church prepared exciting entertaining program for the assembled audience.
By the St. Valentine’s Day the youth of the Church of Good Changes assembled to clarify relationships between men and women. The former tried hard to make an impression on the weak sex.
We had to disturb our sponsors again – the funeral company in Mariupol which during many years give coffins for “Republic “Pilgrim” (children’s rehab center). Quite a young woman was beaten up to death in methodological, cool and professional way by his unofficial husband on her third month of pregnancy…
On the eve of 2010 a new project for the youth of the Church of Good Changes and children from “Republic “ Pilgrim» started in the charity fund “ Pilgrim”. In “Googlata hata” young people can gather any time. Anybody who comes can find an activity they like, to find new friends, to discuss future projects and just spend time having fellowship with God and with each other.
