Almost a year ago at the Charity Fund “Pilgrim” was open and successfully functions a rehab project in the village Polevoe named Crisis – center. This is a place where homeless people can sleep as well as those who are drunkards, addicts and many others. Here they can come to, they will be rendered help, tidied, and then offered to change their life, to have a rehab course and to start to live as normal people.
The ministry of the crisis – center started with some people from Demjanovka’s rehab center who were serving an old lonely woman in the Polevoe village. They had nobody to help her – nor relates, nor friends, her countrymen refused to stretch out a hand of help to her.
When young people entered her house they were stunned: the house hadn’t been tidied for years, the old woman had lived in the dirt and mud, in a bunch of trash. “We are not going to leave you!” – They said and started looking after the old woman. They first tidied the rooms and then started giving lodging to people who would look after her, would feed here and help around. The last 2 years the woman couldn’t walk and that is why the minister Oleg Logvinenko lived in her house and looked after her. Before her death the old woman made a will where she was leaving her property for the ministry to socially unstable category of people.
Beside the crisis – center the management of the fund plans to open here the basis for handicapped (especially, people in wheel-chairs). Two of such people already live there. They are going to stay there for at least 3 months. It is a probation term to see if it works for their better – if it is they will be allowed to live there full time.
The guys plan to renovate the house a little and to make the yard: to put tiles, to make a shower, to make a sauna for disabled. And in the garden they dream to make a place for rest, to build an arbor. Everything will be made in a way purposed to make the life of people in wheel- chairs easier and brighter.
The first and basic dream that people in the rehab center in Kulikovo pray for is to develop youth ministry that would attract young people of this village and the nearest ones.
The urgent need to have a rehab center for women addicted of drugs and alcohol induced the congregation of rehab centers at the fund “Pilgrim” induced to start a new branch in the city of Dnepropetrovsk. At the very first day the first woman emerged at the porch making in such a way her first step towards salvation.
The rehab monastery “ Way to God” in the village Novoromanovka, Krasnodarsky Krai, Russia turned eight years old. It was the first branch opened by the Charity Fund “Pilgrim” in Russia. The management of the monastery is planning only one thing – to plant more and more centers and churches.
One of these days pastor Gennadiy had visited women’s prison and overwhelmed the imprisoned ladies with his declaration: “No matter what you crime was, we all have sinned against God and we all are in the same position before Him”. The women were crying, repenting and getting so much precious hope.

The missionaries landed in Cherepovets, Vologodskaya region, Russia. “To my mind, it is 38th team of missionaries sent within the ministry of rehabilitation at the fund “Pilgrim”. Honestly, I lost count!” – The leader of rehab ministry Alexander Matyushin shared.
“Do you love me? Tend my lambs!” – this verse was under the focus of the ministers of the Charity Fund “Pilgrim”, having assembled at the 14th conference in Svyatogorsk, at the Blue Lakes.
The team of the leaders of the Charity Fund “ Pilgrim” started from Mariupol to Russia, where in the city Tihoretsk one of the first rehab centers has been functioning for 7 years already. The first man on rehab in the fund “ pilgrim” and now the leader of one of the largest in Russia rehab centers for alcoholics and drug addicts “Way to God” Grigoriy Kalinichenko hosted the guests from his second Fatherland – Ukraine.
In 2001 in the village Novoromanovskaya, Krasnodarsky Krai, Russia the charity fund “Pilgrim” had started the rehab ministry. “It had begun with the revelation, - the Principle of the center tells, - in which God ordered to me to start the ministry to people like I had been before. The former addicted left for Russia with the thought that his former criminal enemies will kill him in Russia.
30-year-old Yuriy used to be drawn in alcohol addiction only 3 years ago and it had turned him into an animal within several years. Presently he has become a completely different person.
